PATIENT CARE

A prescribed plan of care is carefully followed with regular reports to keep the physician aware of the patient's progress.

SERVICE RESPONSE

Within 24-48 hours of initial referral, you will be visited by a registered nurse. An RN may be reached by telephone 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

FAMILY ENVIRONMENT

The family is an important part of your recovery. IMS HHC will teach them procedures and techniques to help you.
