Physician's Plan of Care

A prescribed plan of care is carefully followed with regular reports to keep the physician aware of the patient's progress. We provide careful documentation and detailed medical charts to the physician, 60-day summaries and close telephone contact is maintained with the physician as your condition warrants.

Service Response

Within 24-48 hours of initial referral, you will be visited by a registered nurse. Questions or concerns during the treatment period, an RN may be reached by telephone 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

The family is an important part of your recovery. IMS Home Health Care will teach them procedures and techniques to help you.
